Who We Are
Christopher Graham
Chris Graham serves as the Chairman and President of the Imagine Learning Foundation. At Imagine Learning, Chris is Senior Vice President and General Counsel, where he directs the Company’s Legal and Compliance functions. Chris has also represented United States veterans on a pro bono basis in housing, matrimonial and other matters through a relationship that he established between the Connecticut Veterans Legal Center and his prior law firm. He is honored to lead the Imagine Learning Foundation’s efforts focusing on the well-being of learners to help achieve successful outcomes.
Dana Pawinski
Dana Pawinski serves as Vice Chairman of the Imagine Learning Foundation board. At Imagine Learning, Dana is the Senior Grants & Funding Initiatives Director. She works to support districts by helping schools navigate federal funding and private sector grants. Dana also serves as a council member with Imagine Learning’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council. Dana’s strong strategic leadership is demonstrated throughout her career in nonprofits, sales, and educational technology.
Jai Abrams
Jai Abrams serves as a member of the Imagine Learning Foundation board. At Imagine Learning, Jai is the Executive Director of National Partnerships. In this role, she provides strategic leadership and direction for the development of nationwide partnerships to advance the organization’s mission of Empower Potential. Jai focuses on creating alliances with industry leaders, educational organizations, and other stakeholders to foster growth and educational impact for students. Her visionary approach and commitment to purpose-driven engagement enhance community interactions that contribute to expanding the reach of Imagine Learning’s educational programs. As a member of the board, Jai is committed to enhancing the well-being of students and empowering initiatives that prioritize student wellness.
Katherine Bensel
Katherine Bensel serves as a member of the Imagine Learning Foundation board. At Imagine Learning, Katherine is a Senior Curriculum Director for StudySync. She works to support districts through the design and creation of StudySync’s award-winning English language arts curriculum. Katherine’s strong interest in equitable education is demonstrated in her continued focus on building a more progressive and accessible approach to learning through culturally responsive teaching, social and emotional learning, diversity and inclusivity.
Ty Holston
Ty Holston serves as a member of the Imagine Learning Foundation board. In his role as an Account Executive at Imagine Learning, Ty partners strategically with districts to create paths forward for students to thrive in academics and social and emotional learning environments. With a passion for mentorship, Ty is committed to using his voice to empower students through a growth process that inspires clarity, goal-setting, and accountability.
Sean Haas
Sean Haas serves on the Imagine Learning Foundation board. A member of Imagine Learning’s marketing department for the past 13 years, Sean started as the sole graphic designer and is now Director of Creative Services, supporting his team as they oversee all aspects of the company’s brand, marketing collateral, and customer communications. He is also a yearly participant in Extra Life, an annual fundraiser for the Children’s Miracle Network of hospitals. Since 2014, Sean has raised over $23,000 for the kids and families at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
Gabby Master
Gabby Master serves as the Program Coordinator of the Imagine Learning Foundation. At Imagine Learning, Gabby is the Contracts Management Specialist, managing the review, negotiation, execution, and risk mitigation of vendor contracts within the Imagine Learning organization. Gabby is deeply committed to making the world a better place and makes friends everywhere she goes. As the Imagine Learning Foundation Program Coordinator, Gabby supports the entire Foundation Board and its growing roster of partners and grantees.
Brad McCord
Brad McCord serves as Treasurer of the Imagine Learning Foundation. At Imagine Learning, Brad is the VP of Operations for the StudySync division. Brad previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of StudySync, and helped guide the company from its start in 2009 through its eventual merger with Imagine Learning. He is a volunteer board member of another non-profit entity focused on education, and is grateful for the opportunity to assist Imagine Learning Foundation with its efforts to support learner well-being.
Adrienne Rytting
Adrienne Rytting serves as the VP of Operations of the Imagine Learning Foundation. At Imagine Learning, Adrienne is the Senior Compliance and Legal Operations Manager. She works to promote compliance across departments, and is deeply involved in intellectual property, student privacy, legal team operations, and international expansion considerations. Adrienne’s efficiency and dedication to excellence is demonstrated through her involvement in several projects across the enterprise.
Rose Tran
Rose Tran serves as a member of the Imagine Learning Foundation board. At Imagine Learning, Rose is an Instructional Design Manager in Product Design. She works to deliver personalized learning for students in grades PreK-12 through the design and creation of supplemental and intervention solutions. Rose’s strong interest in mathematics and literacy intervention is demonstrated in her continued focus on building targeted learning experiences, so students can master skills across subject areas and achieve success, no matter where they are on their learning journey.
Paul Velázquez
Paul Velázquez serves as a member of the Imagine Learning Foundation board. At Imagine Learning, Paul is the English Language Arts/Spanish Language Arts Manager in the Learning Architecture department. He leads content development teams in the creation and production of award-winning supplemental products such as Imagine Language & Literacy, Imagine Español, and Imagine EdgeEX. Paul’s strong ties and commitment to bilingual and dual language education are reflected in his continued focus on creating authentic and culturally responsive content that helps to build sociocultural competence.
